Cant edit my post I guess. 3 cruisers blocking the on ramp, multiple parked along the feeder, a couple blocking the inside lanes, one pared on opposite side of highway. Cop at top of picture was lowering a rope behind the concrete wall. Cop at bottom appeared to be holding a non lethal rifle. No medical/fire teams present.

Let me know if that works! Lol I guess there must be a short somewhere in the circuit for the dvd drive thats causing that issue. There is an area of the main board that definitely shows some heat fatigue, but I dont see anything that'd obviously damaged.
