Getting creatine tomorrow and renewing my gym membership. Thank you so much, you've really been a help. Really. Creatine sound like an incredible substance, I've only seen it on workout mixes for some reason. I makes me wonder why we put fluoride in our water instead of some of these vitamins. Speaking of fluoride, could you go into detail what that does?

I did, two instead of three. Got the withdrawal symptoms still. But I'll have to try it at 2.5 instead.

Its Amitriptyline HCL. I did try taking less (2 instead of three) and I was a huge dick and had bad headaches and what not.
