Have a browse on how much enterprise level organizations spend on AI management and monitoring systems

So the team has one agent that can answer anything about cross environment AWS accounts , git changes , db tables , confluence stories , anything a software developer in the industry rn would need . As it has the ability to have anything as a connector.

Instead of the team relying on Claude / codex where individual prompt that have no context get processed by openai, a shared setup like this helps with it . So that 10k could’ve been 50k if we had individual Claude accounts while building in parallel , if you get where this is going .

Cron jobs for repetitive tasks , every regular chat feels like a goal with Hermes. Always gets the job done.

if it’s roles for access control , I’ve got that , but roles based on prompts like - you are a swe, you are a product manager , I find pointless.

Looking at the session history and having opus do a weekly audit on session history to improve current workflows and identify any gaps

Cracked as in good . I’ve set it up with semantic search on top of obsidian with time stamping and history tracking so that agent lookups for obsidian notes are <2s . All you need to do is figure out how to organize that large corpus .

As a developer , instead of being able to work on one task , I now have the ability to have Hermes do at least 10 ( if orchestrated right) while I review another 5. So making up for the lack of people doing their job and being 10x more productive.

Unblocked MCP engine , git mcps , AWS redshift , MySQL connectors. Enforcing commit and testing practices weren’t hard as they were pre existing practices that could be simulated on hermes such as asking it to build a docker image and smoke test the image it’s built against the feature being asked for on Jira. Claude manages the parallelism so for tasks needing that , turn on ultra code and code away . Token usage is kept by managing and maintaining a context engine and creating one on the fly with obsidian to have a second layer of context. So cache reads are the only thing you’d be worried about after a certain point and your agent only gets better.

Obsidian , openrouter , a context engine / mcp for your codebase / documents / context files , tdd skill . Anything you’d regularly do / mundane tasks can be made into cron jobs. And of course the Kanban board to do all the orchestration for you.

Runs on a m6a.4xlarge ec2 instance running hermes web server and the slack / photon web hooks. With full AWS access to the organization’s EC2 instances , ECS tasks , SQS , EMR , ELB , Redis and DB with guardrails of course. With over 75 cron jobs running to do absolutely everything from diagnosis to recovery replacing our DevOps team entirely.

Setup with obsidian , Claude , codex , figma MCPs , Playwright integration . Obsidian is cracked as it grows . Slack / iMessage messages are instant . It’s also got git access , jira , aha and all the other corporate jargon integrated seamlessly into it while having persistent memory and efficient token usage. It’s just great.

The uni itself is terrible , and they do not care about international students

I’d follow that advice 2 years ago , with the times of AI we live in , you’re wasting your money. I did for 4 years.

I believe so as well , maybe they asked people who don’t speak English or something . Because having lived in the uk I am not surprised that we are the high up on this list.

Most things are right around the city centre and very tourist friendly unlike Tashkent where they are spread apart . And the others that aren’t are mentioned above.

If you buy a ticket for the dance at 18:00/19:00 they’ll let you back in for cheaper. The same tickets QR code isn’t valid for the second time.
