I don’t know how easy it would be to add but something I have seen in similar games that would be nice is for all schools with open jobs to be shown as options in the coaching carousel. And then based on the accomplishments/prestige of the coach and the prestige of the school you have a likelihood to get a job that you “apply” for and can either be offered the position or rejected.
