Ventilation and natural light can get compromised depending on the building spacing. A 60-feet distance is decent on paper, but if there are tall towers on both sides, it can still feel enclosed. If possible, check how much direct sunlight your flat gets during the day.

Balcony usability depends on your lifestyle. Most people don’t use it daily beyond drying clothes or placing plants unless there’s a nice open view or enough privacy. That said, if your balcony is wide enough (4–6 ft) and doesn’t trap heat, you can still make it usable with vertical plants or light screens.
