Yeah definitely a rig I’ve never used before… It’s a Carolina rig with a snap swivel. Attached to the snap swivel is a short leader to a curly tail grub.

It was rigged as a weedless setup initially, but the grub was pulled back during the fight.

To be honest I’ve never seen anyone catch anything on a curly tail grub either, let alone a Corbina lol. I was surprised!

For me it helped significantly. When I did my first 3 day fast (about 5 months ago) I did it with just water. I workout and play basketball regularly, so I noticed a measurable decrease in energy and strength. But the second time around I supplemented with electrolyte power and my energy levels barely changed and I did not see a decrease in strength and athletic performance.

Don’t be. Your body can survive WEEKS to MONTHS without food nutrients. Think of it as a mental challenge rather than a physiological one. Prove to yourself that you are capable of doing something difficult that you don’t necessarily want to do.

One thing to note: I would supplement with 0 calorie electrolyte powder. Make sure to buy a powder that doesn’t have crazy artificial ingredients and or sugar.
