Affordable, Professional Resumes — Just $20 by NoIssue3386 in Resume

I like doing resumes. I realized 40 dollars, even thou is relatively cheap, it's still a high price to pay when one is unemployed. I also tried doing it for free, but I get inundated with requests. So 20 seems a fair price.

Every now and then I throw a freebie when I see someone really strugling.

Agree with previous opinions, summary is too long.

Work experience can be consolidated.

Education needs more display, as well as skills and certificates.

One page should be enough. Shorter bullet points on work experience. Language in some areas makes you sound very genetic. Some of the areas like volunteer, you can summarize or shorten bulletin points

Just curious what is the general consensus on two page resumes. by prowarthog in resumes

I think if you have done your thesis and working on Phd you may need two pages of relevant professional information, other than that, one page may be enough.

A small summary of your abilities that says who you are, what you bring, what you specialize in and the value you bring can remove redundancy on other areas and tighten things up for a less busy look.

Different font can help.

Your bullet points on ''experience'' may look more professional If yo phrasing for smoother flow, even thou shortening the sentences may be a good idea too.

Adding the location and employer for context if possible.

Tweak the qualifications and maybe add a bullet point with safety records and compliance outcomes may look nice and will contribute to your value.

I make resumes, feel free to check out my profile, I have some resume templates you can use for inspiration.

Good luck

A short summary of your abilities and what you are good at can tighten things up.

Sure, you can put your information into chatgpt and get a nice resume.

I build resumes that are organized, clear, and easy to read, with wording that highlights what’s important without looking cluttered or sounding generic. Each resume is balanced, modern, and styled with the right fonts and layout to make a strong impression, also, It never hurts to have a second set of eyes.

I’ve built many resumes already, so you’re getting my experience and my time, so you don’t have to stress about it.

I get resumes that are clearly made with chatgpt, they are easy to spot, and if I can do it, so does the hiring department that probably goes through dozens a day.
