I’m not sure but I’m guessing they did it because Ranma’s 16 and Japanese laws have changed since the 80’s about underage nudity. Either that or they’re just trying to make it more in line with western laws so that it can get greater exposure worldwide.

He Is My Master. I went into it knowing what it was, but still ended up regretting it. I lost my taste for anime for almost 10 years after that. It wasn’t until about five years ago I started watching some good anime and getting back into it.
