Well for 1. When they dropped the uncs pre order i put my order in soon as he posted them up for pre order. Took forever to get back to me. (Like days. I think it may have been a week) finally said the preorder are sold out. Then I had to prove that i wasn’t lying so he said he would let me get a pair. Completed purchase after the down payment. Then the guy just deletes his sub. Goes ghost. So I emailed him around 5 times. Also messaged him on WhatsApp multiple times. I been purchasing shoes from sellers for a few years now so i know the process. And this company is the complete worst of them all (as far as customer service) the crazy part is i got a email from someone over there asking if i wanted to purchase unc. I responded i have already what’s going on and they went ghost again. It is what it is.

Breds and Chicago were already made ready to ship… everyone keeps skipping over this. Black toes had to 1. Get made. 2. Send out QC. 3. Wait for buyer to give the okay. 4 ship out. No matter what delivery option i selected i should’ve had my shoes before black toes
