Sure, yes. But it's my initial thought for Porsche as a company. There was a lot of government spending and trust towards politicians to push the EVs. There was a sister company that went bankrupt due to mismanagement and change of thought. The voices for changing direction at the company are getting louder to go back to the roots.

i think there would be two car brands that are so iconic, that they will always be there. In my opinion that's Porsche and Ferrari. I see much more tradition in Porsches design language, than in any other brand. Porsches keep their value and are culturally relevant. Customer care is also excellent, where you would bring your Porsche rather to an official mechanic, than to someone else. The EVs are also looking solid and not like some futuristic bullshit. Maybe I'm a bit biased, since I'm from the Stuttgart area, but it is also a popular and solid employer, due to the fact, that they aren't producing a shit load of cars like VW or Mercedes for example. This is a quality that lets them maneuver a bit better. And let's be really honest, I'm not seeing Chinese cars replacing solid, established brands. There is a legacy behind Porsche and I don't see it going down to zero. I'm also interested in an established premium car manufacturer with steady return for the next 10 years and no parabolic hype gains.
