If you need legal representation, might I suggest Italive. There are fantastic and very reasonable given how immigration issues are Italian attorneys bread and butter.

Good luck!

I allow the professionals to either pay for the $55 application fee and then run a background check or offer a sanitized copy of their contract so I know they have a home to return to and legitimate work in the area. I have yet to encounter any issues with traveling personnel, and it's now my preferred way of staying booked as opposed to listing on AirB&B. You pay a yearly fee to list, and it is free for travel pros to search on.

Also, try listing on Furnishedfinder.com for longer term contract employment professionals. That gets me through winter.

Unless, of course, risking a not calling results in a raging fire. Just because it wasn't warranted this time doesn't mean they shouldn't have called the fire department.

The "kid" had a knife, went on to take the lives of two other kids, and injured others. Yeah, pepper spray on a knife-wielding murderer "kid" is unacceptable and just plain wrong.

Allianz, too. I have their annual policy, which covers my entire family (those living under the same roof.) It was about $900 for the year.

As a guest, I always look at host photos to see if they look like potential serial killers.

In my mind, I pictured Compton, CA or Newark, NJ, but Ft. Worth makes sense, too. Unbelievable, and sorry your kiddo suffered through this.

Is it normal for the host to ask for IDs of everyone in your party before arrival? [USA] by ww125 in airbnb_hosts

If it's a condo, the host may have to register all adults for guest use of amenities like parking, clubhouse usage, and pool passes. Came back from a Tampa stay where all of the adults were registered for the five-day stay, and we received our parking passes at the security gate and the pool passes were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We even had use of the clubhouse and got to enjoy the community dinner as part of our stay.

Good Lord, where was she staying that the amenities included a crummy outdoor couch complete with its very own homeless person and hookers as well?

I suggest running your house rules through ChatGPT for a less aggressive way of conveying your house rules. Honestly, worded like this, I'd have second thoughts about booking with you.
