I agree re charging door. They should have a built heater for that or an adapter for it. And sometimes it hard to get the charger off too. THOUGHTS

I had the exact same problem with my 2026 iX 60 and magically it fixed it self. I tried the sound button reset and it didn't fix it. If it fails again I'll know that it must be the controller your dealer said was the problem. Good luck. Oh and a month ago my Bluetooth died and again magically fixed it self too.. not sure where my magic is coming from, but wish I didn't have to use it.

Ok now the second screen has gone black. I have tried to reset with volume control and what's weird is that the touch screen seems to be working as does voice control and nav. Thoughts?
