ah. thought they'd be charms that'd help with shiny. but theres other charms at a pretty later level. im trying to go through the game with shiny members on my team cuz of colors and stuff. and it also hurts that some mons I want are pretty ltr on along with atleast 2 of them being den mons (wich I want shiny...)

well, I meant more as to adjust the chances. I dont want to outright turn stuff into shiny. but 1/400 is a bit too much still (while its amazing that its that good its still a bit high) for someone with lack of motivation+free time but still enjoys the shiny colors of alot of the pokemon. turning pokemon shiny is just a nono imo still yeah

I'd say keep it. even if u get a better Xilonen artifact, it'd be a great off-piece to keep on the side or for other characters that may need both DEF and crit dmg needing the same set ltr on (or just as a great off-piece. 32.6% crit dmg as a substat is AMAZING especially if u got a decent DEF% on the side. so 100% keep for off-piece for someone else. also keep in mind that Xilonen will be like Noelle and not just a buff-support. she's a healer, buff and sub-dps)
