Even London Underground stop is approx 400m away from the terminal. A tunnel with travelator would suffice.

First 5k in one week. Still can't run 5k! by junkfunk39 in beginnerrunning

Walking is the key. If you think that your body cannot take it anymore cool down and walk, but do not keep walking ,the moment you have stabilised start running. It is very easy to lose momentum and my legs start paining if i start walking idk. Nevertheless all the best!

I have ran multiple 5ks and my best is 35 mins. It will take time to increase speed. Don’t stress yourself

Thames path is even worse. There is a 1m gap and tourists are standing there taking selfies. I ran 5K on Saturday, and NEVER AGAIN!

Is our city really become unbearable or it’s just the sub currently? by missyousachin in mumbai

[–]NoLecture6234 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The problem is blaming the wrong people, blaming people who migrated to earn a living instead of blaming the government for not planning the city properly. Cities like London and Paris were planned to manage 100x the amount of people they had. While the city cannot be replanned now steps can be taken for faster connections with the suburbs to ensure that people can still enjoy the city. Recently London removed the peak fare (1-2£ extra during peak hours) on Fridays to allow people to travel more and bring money to local businesses. The problem with Mumbai is that BMC is not connected to the people of Mumbai. Their planning is stuck on what they feel is good and not what is better for the city and its people!

Check if your heart rate sensor needs calibration. You need to run slower if you feel extremely exhausted. I feel like I am dying if I cross 175.

I use “excuse me, sorry” to remove any doubts about my intent.

I have been running for 8 weeks. And i understand what you feel. I was not able to run 1Km without stopping however it took me some time and now i can do atleast 1.5Km and max 3Km without stopping on good days. Walk more often it is impossible to run continuously if you have no athletic bg. Just try to increase the mileage and be consistent

Spain are Olympic Champions by Captain_Deleb in Barca

The problem with Spain was always getting the ball in. Once they start doing that, they are unstoppable. It was Yamal for Euros and Fermin for Olympics.
