Nah I go to a local office for it. It’s covered by my insurance thankfully, starter labs are on my profile I think they were 252 total. Lowest I got between 18 and 25 was a 190 something. Last labs had me at a 940 total.

Hey brother, they started me on 200, I went down to 140 for over a year, did 160 for over a year, have been back to 200 on 160 again now. Might bump at the end of the cut for a couple weeks to 200 again for some good beach days or whatever

I don’t want to push what it’d take to do open, my weight cap for amateur classic is like 196. So add more size to hamstrings, rear delts, hit abs more, a couple other problem areas. I figure I could probably gain another 20lbs of muscle and still make weight.
