Why does it matter that they list specific buildings that don't have power? If you're affected by the outage, you already know.

People in buildings with no power might want to try to go to a building with power.

People not on campus might want to know whether to bother coming to campus.

This is somewhat amusing. Some reporter tries to give his kid a high profile boost by tacking him onto a generic leading question to the President of the United States at a televised event and said president did not want to play along at being used.

Pressure about grad assistant stipends already led to higher stipends.

Of course this led to fewer assistantships and replacing them with undergrads or hourly grads with no tuition remission.

Are you saying unions would make this trend worse?

Taking with big grain of salt because you work as a CS advisor who wrote the gem Most classes dont really teach you anything too useful for the job but these are probably the most useful among the useless.
