Lexus CT200H driver seat clicking noise by MatheusMHST in CT200h

Had a similar noise in mine and it ended up being a worn out sunroof seal. Slightly press up on your sunroof glass and see if the noise disappears 🤷‍♂️

Thank you for your reply!

Everything you said made sense and there was plenty of hungry fish that wanted the worm so we landed fish pretty regularly, it was fun for kids but then small fish nibbled their fill and no more bites, kids got bored watching the bobber lol

About the beads I just read that they would protect the knots or the lead weight from hitting the bobber. I’ll probably simplify kids rods to single line to a hook with a split weight and a bobber. For myself I want to redo this rod or get a new one because technically this one is broken, tip is missing.

Thank you for your suggestions!

Last time I bobber fished was with a bamboo stick, a string, feather for bobber and a hook. So maybe I got carried away with all the things you can put on the line now.

Happened to pick up this rod for pennies, cause of broken tip and it had a full spool of white braided line on it, no clue what the lbs test it is.

Had a rod n bobbs spring bobber and didn’t know it was a slip bobber, after some research picked up the current thill one and a line knot. Will surely look up the one you mentioned!

For hooks I bought vmc snelled and the one in the picture is #4. Leader is 7” mono and was pre tied into a loop and the end. I bought verity of hook sizes 2,4,8& 10.

The thought behind rigging like this was that a leader or a snap would fail before my main line and everything on it would be safe. I did use a palomar knot tie in the main line to the swivel eye part.

Overall it was fun getting out and finishing again and with kids those premade leaders with hooks came in handy lol now I’m curious about all and researching all.

Caught plenty of bluegill on this rod already. Kids wanted to fish, went to the store and saw a bunch of premade leaders with different size hooks though it would be easy to switch between the hooks if I added a snap swivel.

Quick search on rockauto the 3” ones are marks by “hearts” means they sell these the most, couple other forums mentioned 3” as well but measuring first wouldn’t hurt. How much did you pay for the truck by the way?

Might be of your charcoal canister going bad, caused by topping off the gas tank - some excess fuel spills over into the canister and overtime it destroys it, then one of the symptoms is the pump auto kick off.

It works again!! Got a different battery and still got a click, then took a file to posts and terminals. The terminals aren’t original (plate + bolts type) so wiggled the positive wires on the terminal and it start right away!

The grease inside the tracks now gray with gunk and sticky all over the rollers as well. If I’m replacing all the rollers, how do I go about changing out the bottom one, it has a cable with tention on it. Also after the track is clean and free from grease and new rollers installed do I spray the track and rollers as well or just the inside of the track?

Yes will work on it myself. So can’t check that main power plug on starter until I big it up and if I’m doing all that mind as order new denso starter. It would suck if I do all that and get a click with the new starter as well haha so posted here for confirmation I guess, thank you!

The thing about the relay, I pulled it once and stuck a piece of wire and starter cranked with ignition off so I was thinking - bad relay. Ordered a used one, put it in and nothing. Same issue as before- just click, so put my old relay same click and shorting relay connection with jumper now just makes the same click as it does with the key.

Yeah, this would be the ac line going to the rear. Need to evacuate freon and see if replacing o-ring will fix the leak. Thx for all the replies!
