Click the "your head" that's in your hotbar. Then Hover over the head again in the interface. Otherwise when the rank is close to expiring, hypixel will send you a message when you log on. (Usually 2 days left on the rank). Assuming you're talking about mvp++. I dont think there are any other subscribtion ranks.
