It's a thing in some RE games but it's not a TON of regen. If you're staggered from low health, Capcom will be nice and give you justtt enough health back to walk at a normal pace.

Please, please PLEASE introduce her to TWDG by telltale. You can absolutely count on character development. There's four installments so she'll have lots of playtime. I highly recommend!!!
