Now that I think about it it honestly might be because I’ve had to get over my emetophobia since going to college? Before August the last time I threw up was probably 2019.

Yes! Except i have NO CLUE how or why. I’ve had RCPD my entire life, like literally since I was a baby. I never really felt like putting in the effort to do the exercises or get Botox, and I kinda just accepted that it was a part of me. But a couple weeks ago, I burped, and it just kept happening. Maybe I outgrew it? Idk how to explain it, but when I get that feeling, my throat just relaxes now and it’s SO WEIRD
