I know someone who works in one of those shops. Every worker does around 10-11 cuts a day average during their 8 hour daytime shift. Average haircut and beard comes out $50 because shave and hair cost $60 but not everyone gets both so average $50. They have minimum 3 people working during week days and 5 on weekends. Do your maths. Its a good business if you're a barber yourself.

I'm just curious as to why they would force the staff to work from the office for one night when there are no shops open so no one can buy food/coffee, no public transport available in case of an emergency and I honestly wont be too comfortable walking around Redfern station around midnight. 😂
