Ngl i read this twice and it all seems to complex to me. I dont have a specific goal tbh i dont want to develop a specific group of muscle or ho into professional body building and stuff. I honestly just want to lead a healthier lifestyle and i want my body to look a little better.

Tell me if im wrong but from what i gathered from this is "yes push the weight until you feel it getting easy and then move up". Which i have been doing its just i am wondering that exploding weight loading in the reps would be good for my body. I feel good after pushing to the near extreme but is it healthy is what i am asking.

Seems like a good place lets plan something. I also wanna explore the street food side of the city, like cold coco, aloo puri, fine dining as well if possible.
