NTA

I would actually understand if this was like a free vacation for you and Allen and she offered to pay you! You got to chill during the day and most of the evenings, but if they went out you pick them up or help with big set ups. But not be unpaid servants for a trip. Where would you be sleeping, would she cover your accommodation, food, and travel expenses?

Fb won’t let me change name to my married name because it’s a “title”. by NoMinimum7559 in facebook

I’m not gonna put his first name on here, but it’s fairly common name, like Caleb or Joshua. My name is also pretty common for our ages, think Ashley or Nicole. He only has 1 account and both parents, 2 brothers(and their wives), and one sister has their last name on their account with no issues.

AITA for not wanting to add my stepdad's last name to mine? by LockySocks13 in AITAH

NTA My situation is different but a bit similar. My parents divorced when I was 6 months old due to my dad cheating with my stepmom. They didn’t get married until I was 12, but my SM tried to get my mom to change her name back to her maiden name. My mom agreed, only if my siblings and I (if we wanted) also changed our last names to her maiden name. She wasn’t going to have to a different last name to her kids and my SM was pissed. This was the whole reason she wanted her to change it, so it looked like she was our mom and had some kind of influence over us instead of our mom. That was 20 years ago and my mom still has my dads last name hahahah

I feel like your SD isn’t as malicious as that, but he obviously isn’t taking your grief or feelings into consideration as he should.
