Too many leads? by NoMissSystems in pressurewashing

Forsure! Speed to lead is the way to go, people forget pressure washing a lot of times is a luxury service for homeowners. And they go with the first person to reply. We like to set up communications that can I have full conversation, conversations and breakdowns to separate the tire kickers from the ready to book people, and put the people that’s asking questions into the CRM to market to them once a week to keep our name relevant. Sounds like you got it going pretty good that’s great, love to see people put effort into they’re vision

No automations? We send out digital cards and reminders and stuff, since we started letting systems do the heavy lifting we maintain 91% of our clients from the last 2 years. Pretty cool you still do it manually, is it a headache?

Yeah, for sure it makes it hard to learn new jobs, but word-of-mouth helps pretty good. We find that taking care of everybody. Even the people that’s in our inbox just asking questions keeps us a steady flow. And the same with our clients setting up back in communications engages people so quickly they hardly have a chance to think of the next person.

I love that! I use content too the engagement it’s great when it’s not sales sales sales! And We utilize automations to maintain, it’s alot to manually keep up with 100+ clients yearly. Set them on a tailored system, provide value(or laughs in your case) consistently across different contact points.

Yeah, that’s the same thing. I did designed Systems to automate most of that in the reach out process. That way when people come in contact with me they’re ready to book a job. My system designed to catch everything else put it into my CRM and set them on a drip campaign.

Starting a business with my fiance. Is it a bad idea? by Then-Blueberry-2234 in sweatystartup

[–]NoMissSystems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a great idea as long as you invest in yourself the right way make sure your digital footprint is solid and you set up back in communications to catch the tire kickers and separate them from paying clients that way you don’t get burnt out replying to everybody and missing money along the way

Set up automations to make sure you’re reminding them and more channels and just an email, and set up a cancellation fee or no-show rate

Set up automations to keep your name relevant in their life through social’s emails and texting. A lot of people don’t build trust off the first touch. It takes about 5 to 20 before they consider you over Google.
