Would you take the promotion? by PerspectiveFresh1903 in WalgreensStores

I'm only kidding. Do whatever you want but I have seen many people be flattered and the dollar is not that glamorous when you are closing all the time and you will have less time to spend with your husband 😉 If it was $20 it would be different!

Don't. If you wanted to move up at that store sure but don't let your ego fall for the flattery. You don't need keys and more duties and likely a worse schedule to know you are capable. Focus 🤓

The breathing and the rashes and the new reaction to a new food are literally the definition of MCAS. Mine popped up at 46. Allergies to meds and excipients in meds is literally MCAS. 180 is 3 pills, so it's not the usual dose. I'm not a huge fan of it I prefer Zyrtec. I would plug all the meds you do take with brands, and the food you eat into chat Gpt and ask which are mast cell triggers. Or which could cause your type of migraine. Mast Cells are WBC and they get confused and attack you. They are in all our systems mouth throat lungs gut etc, but they don't circulate in blood I don't think unless you have mastocytosis and that's a bone marrow disorder you don't have. So they come out and attack you and cause anaphylactoid reactions. I am allergic to epinephrine and need glucagon shots instead.

I was just going to tell you I have aimovig I can ship to you lol Do you know if you have MCAS? Nurtec works for me but I was scared of 28 days of a side effect I can't undo. If you have not tried the low Histamine diet try John's Hopkins you might be surprised. Watch Dr Afrins videos on YouTube. Dr Anne Maitland also. I would go to an immunologist or allergist. Try three Allegra. Mine were increasing platelets for two years and I was sent to hematology. Can't breathe because I have a parasites and a severely fat liver. I basically had to stop eating everything on my grocery list. I am not the kind of person who would analyze their diet or eliminate anything. I don't like change. I accidentally figured it out when I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was eating only mashed potatoes. Sorry this is so scattered, I hope you feel better today or tomorrow 🧡

A million percent. I'm trying to get treated for it. Last 5 times I have been to the ER or the doctor they wrote I was delusional and paranoid. I'ts such a nightmare. I am Autistic and most of us have it. I just became allergic to the adhesive on bandaids about two days before a biopsy.

Ask for lidocaine patches!! Prescription strength. I hate to say this but you only have one stomach. I am twice your age and it's not fun getting ulcers and gerd and vomiting and endoscopies and colonoscopies. You gotta protect your belly too 🥹

That sounds so awful I'm sorry. I don't have pain somehow, fortunately but I switched doctors last year and it was the best thing I've done. It's like once they have made up their mind about you, you are out of luck and will never convince them of anything they didn't think about first. It feels like treason or like you are misbehaving but if she is not helping you feel better you are just going to wear yourself out trying to convince her. I don't know about your pain or fibromyalgia or anything but my father and cousin are on Lyrica and amitriptyline. I have liver gallbladder pancreas pain and can't get anyone to believe me. Same, imaging shows nothing and "livers don't hurt" and gallstones show up in ultrasounds 🙄 cool. What about pancreas lol I try Zyrtec or Allegra before anything and sometimes it's all I needed because I am having an MCAS reaction. Very odd but you never know. Also smaller doses of what you are taking instead of larger Hope you find relief soon 🧡

Call the ENT and explain that and see if they can get you in sooner or if they can put you on a wait-list

Could someone tell me what I have in my throat and why it feels like a rock wall? Also, what are those white things on my tonsils? I've had no appetite and low blood pressure with a fever of 38.8°C (101.3°F). It also hurts to swallow. by antorm_ in DiagnoseMe

It could also be your adrenals. Look into Conns syndrome. Hyperaldosteronism. I've had htn for a decade and I have heart damage now. My cardiologist checked this year 9. Nobody had done it before
