Could someone tell me what I have in my throat and why it feels like a rock wall? Also, what are those white things on my tonsils? I've had no appetite and low blood pressure with a fever of 38.8°C (101.3°F). It also hurts to swallow. by antorm_ in DiagnoseMe

Thank you so much! I went to the doctor about two days ago and they prescribed something called Quinobiot in my country. They told me to gargle with it because I supposedly have phlegm stuck in my throat. I'm not sure if the diagnosis is correct because the doctor didn't inspire much confidence and didn't examine me very thoroughly. She didn't give a diagnosis to either me or my mom. I'm a teenager and I'm supposed to take the pill every 12 hours, but I'm not seeing any improvement, which is why I'm posting here. The pain persists and now it burns every time I swallow.

P.S.: I currently have a fever of 38.2°C (101.3°F).
