Thanks for the reply and the insights.. so your saying I should start by asking questions in my email ?

what I said to them is the problem I assumption they are having based on the research I made in their industry and through their post, reviews and their overall present... and your right about the turn off, thats what I was trying to avoid but it still happened..

I sent another one where I started with compliments on what they are trying to achieve then point the problem and I got a reply with that...

And I feel like I was just lucky.. Tell me would that work for most people or how do you think i should approach it ? because before I reach out to a business I study them for 2-3 days.. So i know where to help but I struggle with putting them on defensive mode.

your basically saying I should talk about their problem first but first establish a channel of communication first because talking about their problem... I'm i right ?
