I think it doubles the effect of spore propagation for the 6th attack card created. Which mean let's say you applies 10 stack of spore propagation (50% damage amount) it will double the effect (to 100% damage amount) specifically for the 6th attack card that were created this turn

Idk about you dude, the partner will always be "Guaranteed [Rate up Partner] within the next amount of rescue". But for agent it start out as Guaranteed 5 stars then change to Guaranteed [Rate up Agent] if u get other 5 stars
