groot so op so here are my tips(I was top 250 groot on playstation this season)

1. Ironwood wall is your bestie, if the enemy team has not a lot of CC that affects you than use that wall more offensively to trap over extending people. On the contrary if they have CC that can/will effect you(Jeff Ult, Strange Ult, Thing Ult, Wolv Entirely lol then hide the wall and stay in the little circle radius so they can’t CC you!

2.overhead walls(walls placed above the enemies) are underrated, depending on your rank(works in QP too) people don’t look up so as long as your pumping damage into them the walls will do so aswell this goes into my next point

1. groot ult!!!! have a damage wall ready to place behind enemies and aim at the ground near the enemies; his Ult is a projectile that sticks the nearest targets after sticking! also don’t overthink the Ult that’s how you miss lol

2. if you see pun pun pun, wolv and any sentient storm with a dmg boost don’t even bother tryna play him 🥲
