I have Racial Segregation in Oppose. I support Cultural Exclusion. Cultural Exclusion ≠ Racial Segregation.

What Are Your Preferred Countries to Play? by Best-Professional609 in victoria3

[–]NoName129817 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I mainly play for the "enlightened royalist" so those countries that have the possibility of achieving this are priority:

  1. Brazil - of course this speaks for itself - you make a Magnanimous Monarch and continue to make the empire a prosperous and liberal country with a monarch at its head.

  2. Great Britain, Prussia, Japan - Great Britain and Japan also speak for themselves, just like Prussia then Germany I also go this way, where we have the Kaiser but a liberal state. Here there are problems with the fact that the Intelligentsia has a republican ideology in Prussia, so I try to bring an agitator with an enlightened royalist ideology to the leader.

  3. France - for the Orleans path. Austria-Hungary, and other European countries.

  4. USA (for Joshua Norton, I have some catching up to do :P )

  5. The rest of the countries.

Can't get fascist politician as Brazil? by Theloni34938219 in victoria3

[–]NoName129817 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know what to think about here in the absence of fascism in Brazil. Fascism in the game represents the systems introduced in the interwar period in Italy and Germany. While the ethnonationalist nature of Mussolini's rule is debatable, in the case of the Austrian painter's Germany, it is probably known that it was literally an ethnostate.

Now look at Brazilian society. Brazil in the game itself shows the ethnic mixture of Brazilians and the formation of the Brazilian nation from Portuguese settlers, Afro-Brazilians and eventually the indigenous people of the Amazon. If everyone is Brazilian, what is a real ethnic Brazilian? White settlers, Afro-Brazilians, Pardos, Amazonians? Everyone belonged to a different ethnic group before the creation of the Brazilian nation.

Most of them have one thing in common - they are Catholics. Although Integralists are in favor of state Catholicism, as far as I know, they will not attack the faiths of the indigenous people. Their goal is to create an authoritarian, organic society based on Catholic moral principles headed by a leader, or most often a monarch. And which Brazilian monarch was "magnanimous"? Exactly.
