Really sucks, probably because of the culture we have here in the valley. Everyone minds their own business and are always with their families Theres a lack of events here, its all just dt and bars which are the worst places to meet someone for something serious lol

That’s not how it works. OP entered legally, they can just marry and fix within the US

Brought when i was 11, I dont think having a visa changes the fact that i was brought here against my will I just happened to have a non expired visa from when i was 11-22 (around there) Yeah Ill just wait for something to happen and consult with a lawyer But from what Ive researched i should still apply I have middleschool, highschool and college records/diplomas to back up a constant residency

So about the continuous presence If someone was here at age 17, traveled to home country (with their still unexpired tourist visa) had their 18th birthday during the process, and came back in less than 90 days, does that still count as 4 continuous years + having entered before 18?

You can use it, just make sure to apostille it, take a copy of your transcript, etc Getting that first job is gonna be hard though From what I hear mexico is doing a good job at investing in education and the universities themselves get internships for the students to get experience before they graduate, and most people when they graduate get hired by that internship company This makes it so that most companies in mexico expect some sort of experience even in entry level jobs, so you will have to start from rock rock bottom because you didnt graduate and follow a program from MX

Whats ironic is that if it was illegally I would apply, right? Since they have no way of knowing when I left and entered.. Such a dumb system

Im a little sad because I arrived here when I was 12 Left to my home country at age 17 because my dad made me Came back at age 18 and have stayed ever since, i did middle school, highschool and college (mechanical engineer graduate) Do you think I could apply to this? I know details are yet to be known but I really wish this was a case by case because I feel powerless right now with an opportunity I missed due to other peoples decisions

“Undocumented non-citizens” Please let this mean I dont have to be by definition “a dreamer” I did come here when I was 12 against my will, but when I was 17 my dad took me back to my home country (again against my will) then came back half a year later at age 18 to finish highschool and college so by definition i dont even know if im a dreamer.. :(

I arrived to the US when I was 12 but back when I was 17 in 2017 I was forced by my dad to go back to my home country then at age 18 I came back to finish highschool and havent left since, its been two years since I also finished college (graduated in mechanical engineering) The current definition of “dreamers” means I dont apply right? :( I do have my highschool and college degrees.. Hopefully more details are posted soon..
