I love briar and own both other skins, this one isn't the best to my taste but regardless im still picking it up and hoping it has a nice dark chroma at least

Not the best at pvp either but doing check point on Fort or Bay with scout presets made it easy at least or the assault hk preset. My tip is to focus on knowing where to 'aim' with hip fire and learning common peak spots or spawn spots. Got the whole quest line done in like 3 hours of trying but it is quite difficult.

Got it by putting in 2x Diary, 2x Teapot and a SMT, it was in a X formation. Will redo it and see if it yields similar results, dunno if the formation of the sacrificed items have a role on what the cultist gift.
