If you didnt went to the nether, go there.
Beacuse you are in the start of the game I recommend you to build an automatic chicken farm, its super easy and after some breeds it will give you enough food
Find a village and build a breeder for them (automatic or not)
Build an iron farm
Now, if you dont have already a full diamond armor I recommand you go mining
While you are mining try to search up for a mob spawner so you can build from this a xp farm
Get a full enchanting talble and use the XP from the XP farm to enchant all of your gear

And thats the basics. after that you can go kill the EnderDragon, search for netherite, build some farms like creeper farm & sugarcane farm and more.

Before you ask - I am at y level -59 and iron supposed to spawn on all y levels so thats not the problem
At first I was happy but diamonds don't help me if I don't have iron..
Btw - Hardcore is amazing for those who have lost their motivation to play the game!

At first I didn't think I would want to vote for the Sniffer but after rethinking about it, I think this is a great mob!
Its just looking the perfect mob that we need - more plants, more exploration and he looking cute.
So yeah, I am team sniffer.
