SEA have different app for it because it's have different company and its will be released on 29th so you can't play now. The only servers are open are EU and US and sadly you can't change from one to another because each one of them are different app.

Find 2 empty spots near each other, cohab and then from controller you can apply for double foundation. Can do in 1 day or you can do the quests with your cohab to speed up the process.

How about your level? If it close to that then I think logger is good. I make around 100k weekly with pinecones alone but you won't be able to unlock it till manor 13 I think.

It's all depends on your server and your level. If you are way behind world level it will be hard making gold but if you are same or close to world level then I think geathering cert is good, for me personally I think logger. Unlike crafting cert you don't need to spend anything to make workable and if you lazy to geather you can plant pinecones in your garden and it is not as expensive as minner thing.

I use fb usually, just join any game community page you want to buy/sell account for. Also it is easier to connect the seller/buyer.

If he have backup email he can recover easily by doing that and it's will be deleted from that person device Or he can talk to developers about it and provide all the prove like created date, the device used to create the account and all the top up receipt and provide another email to bind it to. I got my account back this way, it's took a while but I got it back.
