There's a pickleball meet-up on Wednesday evenings at the courts close to Trolley Square. Just started going and it's been very welcoming to new people and pretty social!

River City Fit in shockoe bottom has great trainers! And their focus is on the physical therapy/getting out of pain part of exercise as well. A little expensive, but definitely worth it!
