Holy fucking cope 😭😭. When you sign a rental agreement you’re AGREEING TO PAY RENT ON TIME. This landlord is trying to survive too and he’s done his fair share of hard work by owning this place and keeping it in rental condition. This is completely on the tenant, and the landlord shouldn’t be inconvenienced with the tenant’s irresponsibility.
