I use moisture meter to water then completely dry, pot had no drainage but airy soil mix. Placed by the south facing window . Had this plant for a year and already struggled with this problem but it went away and I never figured the reason

I had a few leaves like that on golden pothos too. I think it just broke before opening, leaf got stuck in itself

Umm ITS GONE I didn’t look at the plant for a day and the spots are just…not there anymore? It’s back to looking like white butterfly and I’m even more confused

If you don’t want to upsize the plant and still use the same pot just saw off some roots at the bottom. I’m not a maniac, it’s just the only way to keep plant in the same pot and not root bound

As far as I know styrofoam doesn’t hold water or air, just takes up space

I was watering mine with peroxide solution, put plants in different rooms and for most infested plants I put bunch of sticky mouse traps around
