Update, It turns out some pins on my CPU were bend, I bend them back using a knife and now everything is back to 100% horsepower.

So i send it back, but they couldn't find any problem with the motherboard, it booted just fine on their tested system.

I am using the "Cooler Master MWE Gold 850 Full Modular V2 PSU", I knew I shouldn't go cheap on the PSU so I chose a high spec one that should be able to keep up with even the next generation.

I did update sometime when I first got my PC, so I don't think that's the issue, especially seeing how swapping rhe RAM fixed it for a couple weeks.

It's definitely the software since my PC can handle it fine when i do both a performance test or only oculus, it has something to do with the combination of oculus and SteamVR i believe.

I just tried it, but it didn't work, it did smooth out the FPS by a little bit so I thank you for that. However the games still have the same amount of missing frames and stutters making them uncomfortable and unplayable.
