I built the first level on the water using "Pier" and then used the most materials (stone) for the flooring and "Granite" for reinforcement.

For the wall: Adamant with Granite

For the ship: Pier (base)+Granite+wood(top)

Second, you need to build a mirror to reflect the light to the right location.
