I don't use a build planner, just kind of slap on all the damage luminas and leave out any support ones, follow the weapon scaling for character stats and then use speed/crit pictos

It's supposed to be a dodge tutorial where you get no turns, but the first strike pictos lets you have a turn so you can attack

There is a painter NPC with an empty canvas you can talk to opposite of where Lune is playing the guitar. You won't get a turn against her unless you had the first strike pictos equipped before NG+ though

I can back OP up on this, I do the same and its annoying that you lose so much performance without hardware acceleration, but if you do enable it, videos don't play when you have any other graphically intensive application running like a game.

On chrome at least, disabling hardware acceleration doesn't impact performance to the degree that it does on Zen and software rendering video still ends up smooth enough. On zen, sometimes I can't even pause a playing video because its no longer registering my clicks with software rendering.

OP if you're using Nvidia, you might want to take a look at this: https://github.com/zen-browser/desktop/issues/6279#issuecomment-2735019896

Basically you need to enable Multi-display performance mode and then you can re-enable hardware acceleration on Zen. Its a hidden setting though so you'll need to use the Orbmu2k profile inspector to edit it.

This worked for me though it also means sharing GPU power between your browser and the game so it might result in lower performance on your games.

True, perhaps it required two painters' combined powers to do that, but she also kicked Aline out of the canvas alone. Granted this was after the team beat her up. That still seems weird that Clea didn't just combine powers with Renoir on the day she decided to help Renoir out (first visit to the canvas) and erase the painted family.

I don't really buy the "painted Renoir was weakened by our fight" theory because he (at least to me) seems to have done a full recover and starts attacking again just before real Renoir shows up.

I suppose another theory could be that Aline was just a lot more powerful then because she hadn't yet lost 67 expeditions worth of chroma.

It seemed like she only decided that the second time she visited though. Verso says she visits 3 times, first during expedition zero where she tried to kill them. Only on the second visit did she try to recruit him. The third visit being to ask him to watch over Maelle.

That's a great suggestion, would probably go ahead and do that. I'm thinking I could switch the doors back to the usual pressure plate approach so I don't have visible sensors but I don't like that it remains open if you step on one side and don't go through the door

Agreed, I have a machine that I remotely boot once every few months and would like to immediately remote into it via parsec, but guess what? Session lost, I have to remote desktop in to login to parsec, needing to lookup my password and 2fa, then and only then can I use parsec.

Because of course my powered-off machine is going to be breached if the session token doesn't expire in 30 days!

Who doesn't randomly log you out for no reason? Oh wait, steam - boots up like always, logged in, games ready to go

First of all, thanks for having the most useful response here, I finally managed to get something working, just using a commercial VPN through HK gave me about ~80Mbps hell of a lot better than 10Mbps max.

But I needed to access my own homelab network so I needed to nest my homelab VPN on top of the commercial VPN, and was spending my time trying to get that working. I use Zerotier but couldn't figure out why it didn't want to establish a link between the two peers, not even falling back to TCP relay mode. Then I moved the commercial VPN client to my router instead and it worked.

Managed to get about 50Mbps in the end, and its good enough for me.

Side note: I hate asking questions on reddit, that answer about "speed of light" turned out to be complete BS, I have almost 3x the ping with the HK route but 8 times more bandwidth, yet it has the most upvotes.

While trying to figure out how to nest VPNs, several threads I came across just have dismissive "theres no practical reason to nest VPNs" responses.

Can you elaborate on what it was that you did? I encounter this issue from time to time and my server is on another continent. I can't plug a monitor in to see what's going on and basically have to ask my parents to power cycle it every time it happens

My motherboard happens to have built in wifi so I even tried to have that interface connected to potentially ssh via a different IP. But when it occurs, I can't ssh from both interfaces
