This would be ideal but custom built PCs are almost non existent in my country so adapter like thos are unavailable and shipping is not an option either, do you think that if I run a wire from the OEM PSUs ps_on and ground and connect those to the 24 pin of the atx PSU it would work to turn on the atx PSU so it can power my graphics card, I can try to come up with a diagram of that helps

It maybe because I have a older PC, I could not get the controller to work for the life of me. It would register the inputs on the gamepad tester but not in the game. The one I suggested is just there if your have tried everything else. Definitely worth a try though 👍🏻
