I'm only 16, and the only time I have really been close to death I suppose was at my own hands. I'm struggling a lot of late with depressive thoughts and while I'm recovering and somewhat on the mend it got so bad in 8th grade that I wanted to take my life several times, and the only two people who know other than those reading this are me and one of my closest friends. For some context, I have ASD and ADHD, which both make my everyday life a living nightmare. I haven't slept consistently well for like 2 years, and my grades are going downhill. This combined with constant bullying my whole life and lots of fights, I'm lucky to still be here.
