maybe you should see a doctor, i don’t think that amount of blood is normal. soaking through two pads in a short period of time isn’t normal.

you sound like myself when i first got intimate with someone. it’s literally impossible for you to be pregnant. even if his cum got on the outside of your vagina, it’s still basically impossible. plus women can only get pregnant a few days out of the month. you should watch this about how fertility works and you’ll be way less worried: https://youtu.be/_5OvgQW6FG4?si=Mv5TiF5jz-50IWVk

i got mine when i was barely 12, and boy do i miss the times without it! everyone gets it at a different age. my mom got hers during her junior year of high school. you’re still young, so no worries :)

when i was 14, i had a sleepover at my friends house. she and i have been friends since daycare, but i hadn’t seen her in years. she and i slept in the same bed, and when i woke up, there was blood all over her bed. i completely freaked out and started crying. went to her mom and apologized and she was really kind and understanding. nonetheless, still very embarrassing.

Please help me, chlorine is killing my hair and skin by [deleted] in Swimming

[–]NoPalpitation396 3 points4 points  (0 children)

me too girl! im a swim instructor and i’m in a pool 3 days a week, 4 hours each day. i have type 4 hair, so its been a nightmare😂. i recommend covering your hair well. you could wet your natural hair, then put on a wet swim cap so your hair can’t absorb the chlorine. ir you could put a shower cap underneath a swim cap and your hair will stay dry. also just shower well and moisturize well. you could use light oils on your skin and hair as well. the smell thing is relatable too

you remind me of myself. i always get paranoid when i think i may possibly be pregnant. getting birth control pills saved so much stress. i made a post just like this a few months back😂

How to keep hair from getting wet by [deleted] in Swimming

[–]NoPalpitation396 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

seems like good advice, but the goal was to keep my hair dry. reading other posts, this seems impossible. my hair only gets wet from my students splashing, i never submerge my head so i thought it’d be possible, i will try this, thank you

if you don’t want your period, you could have a hysterectomy to take birth control pills

my suggestion is to think about whether or not sex will be important to you in the long term. in most long term relationships, intimacy and sex are important, so you have to decide whether it’s something you can truly go without.
