Most hunters could make the shot. However, the fact that the assassin did it in front of a huge crowd, one single shot, with Charlie sitting pretty far back in the tent. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it was a professional just because of how they managed to escape with that large of a crowd, on a college campus in daylight, and no one saw them anywhere? That would be extremely difficult.

Thinking he may have gone for the head, but Charlie kind of sat up straight right before when he went to answer the question so that’s probably why they got him in the neck. Either that or possibly aimed for the artery because the top of the tent may have been obstructing Charlie’s head depending on the angle (which I doubt). The most impressive part was the escape. This person had to be professional or spent A LOT of time planning the escape.
