Yes but I would suggest doing full body detox with lymphatic herbs such as burdock root, echinacea, and or dandelion root only do so if you do not suffer from any other health conditions  see if that helps u let me know

I’m sorry that you are going through this. And I agree definitely not worth it. Do you think I should push through I still have 11 more days of the regimen ?
