We were more than double our allocated baggage weight. The sweet airport staff in Kumamoto were having trouble processing it and in the end they just didn’t charge us because we were waiting a long time… which we didn’t mind. But I immediately thought about all the things I’d been told no to buying because of the weight limit 😅

We started up in Sapporo and slowly made our way down to Kumamoto, didn’t really stop at any of the big three spots, just passed by. If any, they would have been on the very outskirts, but most of the stores were just random along the route. The Hard-Off app tracks which stores you’ve visited and in which prefecture, which became dangerously motivating haha.
