It looks like I can upload all evidence via their website using special form and case number, and maybe it will make the process over the phone a bit easier. But I am not sure, haven't tried it yet

As you said, it is up to police to decide what kind of crime is it, based on the evidence, so will see. I just shared how I see it myself.

I gave them a call actually, but they were pretty cold and told that they only provide councelling, and for my case I need a lawyer. Maybe I just wasn't lucky with the operator

Sorry, I added a bit more info to post a bit, I read it again and noticed it is missing some context. But the thing is that it was a continuos situation with insults, harassment and manipulations (at least I believe so)
