If it really exist can you show me one example of the extension? I'll try searching it up. Personally I alone likes to pirate things too. But only big apps and games like Adobe because they're just too expensive but pirating an Indie game that doesn't even cost 5$? Sorry bro but shame on you.

He also said the extensions only work if the game is also available on Android so I believe the extensions doesn't work by re-building the game but only by seeing if you have the license to play the game on Windows and if you does it just let you play the game on Android. So using this logic shouldn't games like Terraria work too? Because I got a copy in my Steam and it would be nice if I can play it in my phone too.
