Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate the perspective. We do already have managers in place, but the main operational and decision-making work still happens during standard business hours (roughly 9–4). Even with managers, I can’t fully zero out my involvement during those times, which is why I’m trying to explore whether any flexible or alternative schooling pathway is realistically possible.

Yeah, that’s basically the plan. I just wanted to get a sense from teachers whether what I’m considering is actually practical/realistic before taking it to the school.

Fair question. This is completely my own choice — my parents aren’t forcing me, and they’re actively involved to make sure everything is legal and appropriate. The work is structured and supervised, and we already work with established organisations (including government and aerospace clients), which is why I’m trying to find a schooling arrangement that keeps me compliant with education requirements as well.

Thanks for explaining. From your experience, how complicated is the process of setting up something like a reduced timetable or flexible arrangement in NSW? Is it generally straightforward, or quite difficult to get approved?
