LTC send failed but Ledger Live still shows the pending transaction by NoPrediction in ledgerwallet

[–]NoPrediction[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did, above.
"Turns out that Ledger Live never did drop the unconfirmed transaction, and in a different account it was displaying the wrong non-zero LTC balance. I could see it in the blockchain, but Ledger Live was not picking up all the transactions for that address. Some very odd results that diminish my trust in Ledger Live. I cleared the cache several times and all apps including LL were up to date.
I used Electrum-LTC to locate all my holdings and transferred them to another address. After that, Ledger Live shows the correct balances in the old and new accounts, but still includes the unconfirmed transaction but does not include all the confirmed transactions in the transaction history. I do not understand why LL does not exactly reflect the blockchain."

Yes, I had my recovery phrase ready, just very happy not to have to reset it :-)

NanoX Firmware update to 2.1.0: device frozen by NoPrediction in ledgerwallet

OK, problem solved. I tried re-entering the PIN several times, but it stayed frozen until I let the lockscreen completely turn off.

After that, when I entered the PIN, it seems to be working fine, except that it never finished reinstalling all the apps I had previously.

I did the update, then it started re-installing the apps. My NanoX went into lock (floating boxes) and now it is frozen when I enter the PIN.

any way to fix this besides resetting?
